Hi and welcome to Vanessa Wilcox Photography. I hope you will enjoy viewing the site and my gallery of photographs. After an apprenticeship with a local wedding photographer I became a professional photographer in 2005. I started my own business, became a member of the
British Institute of Professional Photographers and achieved my Licentiate qualification shortly afterwards.
Since then I've never looked back. I love being a professional photographer because every day is different. I have worked with babies, children,
pets and photographed plenty of weddings. Most recently I have been asked to take intimate boudoir photographs.
Some women prefer to have a female
photographer to take their pictures
because it makes them feel relaxed and
secure. I also believe that I use my
feminine side to really bring out the
best in women. My association with
the BIPP and the SWPP means that
I keep up to date with changes in
photographic styles and the benefits
of training and mentoring.
Part of my job involves working with other
wedding suppliers.
