When is the best time to have a maternity photo shoot?
Usually been 30 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage you will have a lovely round bump but will still be able to feel comfortable with some of the poses.
What shall I bring with me?
I have a few outfits but I prefer it when people bring things that they like to wear and feel comfortable in. Once you have booked your session you will be sent a guide on what to bring for your session and how to prepare.
Can I bring my partner and other children?
Yes of course. It’s a very exciting time and they won’t want to miss out.
Can I have a pregnancy photography session at my home?
Yes, you can. There is an extra £10 charge to cover mileage and you need to be within a 10-mile radius of Malton.
What if I don’t like some of the poses you do?
This is something we discuss in our pre-consultation meeting. If there is a pose I do that you don’t like then we won’t do it.
Do you take out stretch marks?
Yes I will unless you want them leaving in. I touch up all the images I take to make you look even more gorgeous.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes you can but I would suggest that you purchase a full package. This means that the recipient receives the session and some images.
When do I get to see the photographs?
I aim to get them ready within a week but during busy periods it can take up to 10 days.
How long are the images available to view after the session?
Your password protected online gallery will be available for 2 weeks after you have received confirmation that the photographs are ready to view. I will email or Facebook message a link and password to the email address you provide at booking. Your gallery will be hosted for 2 weeks only.
